Our time is valuable, it is our policy that clients with a scheduled massage give 24 hours notice in the event that cancellation is necessary.
VIOLATION OF MASSAGE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance. If a client does not call or show up for appointment, the massage appointment will be charged in full.
We end appointments on time, so that we may be on time for subsequent appointments. We reserve the right to shorten table time in the case of a late start due to the late arrival of a client.
Sexual misconduct is grounds for termination of service with payment due in full, and notification of authorities when warranted. Sexual misconduct includes illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, advances or gestures.
The charge by STM to a client who pays using a check for which there is insufficient funds is $30. This covers the bank charge we incur and administrative costs. Should a client provide a check for payment that “bounces” on more than one occasion, STM must accept cash onlyfor future services.
If a client presents with symptoms that make massage unsafe to either the client or therapist, the appointment will be rescheduled at the therapist’s discretion. Such symptoms may include rash, fever, or potentially contagious infection. There will be no charge for this last-minute cancellation/reschedule.
All client information is kept strictly confidential, and will not be shared with anyone without prior consent from the client.
