Cancellations and rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Later cancellations and missed appointments may be charged up to 100% of the session price.

Last-minute cancellations are hard to fill, so this policy lets us keep times available for everyone. Thank you for understanding.

Missed appointments

By booking, you agree to a no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled session if we don’t hear from you.

Running late

Please call us at (831) 428-1997 if you’re running late. We’ll do what we can, but your session may need to end at its scheduled time so the next client isn’t kept waiting.

Health information

Please tell your therapist about injuries, medical conditions, medications and pregnancy before your session. Massage is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you’re under a physician’s care, follow their guidance about massage.

Your comfort and consent

You’re in control of your session. You can ask to change pressure, skip an area or stop at any time. You’ll be appropriately draped throughout.

Age

We see adults 18 and over. If you have a question about a teenager, call us first.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash and check. You can also pay over time with Affirm (offered at checkout on Vagaro).
