These terms apply to your use of integrativemassageandwellness.com (and its earlier address, integrative-massage-wellness.vercel.app), the website of Integrative Massage & Wellness, a massage therapy practice in Los Gatos, California, owned by Beth Panero. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

You’re welcome to use this website to learn about our practice, our therapists and our services, and to contact us or book. Please don’t:

• submit false information or someone else’s details without their permission;
• use our forms to send spam, advertising or harmful content;
• try to interfere with the website, its security or other visitors’ use of it;
• copy or scrape the website’s content for commercial use.

We try to keep everything on this website accurate and current, including descriptions of our services, therapists, hours and prices. It is general information about the practice. It isn’t a promise that a particular service, therapist or time will be available, and it isn’t medical advice. If something on the website differs from what Vagaro shows when you book, Vagaro reflects the current details.

We take online bookings through Vagaro, a third-party scheduling and payment service. When you book on Vagaro, you’ll see and accept our appointment policies there, and your use of Vagaro is also governed by Vagaro’s own terms and privacy policy. You can also book by calling us at (831) 428-1997.

Gift cards are sold through Vagaro and are subject to the terms shown when you buy them.

Your appointment is confirmed when Vagaro confirms your booking, or when we confirm a time with you directly. Sending a message, filling in a website form, answering one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms or requesting an offer is a request: it doesn’t book or hold a time until we confirm it.

Prices and availability can change. The price that applies is the one shown when you book on Vagaro or confirm with us, together with any offer you’ve qualified for. Availability depends on each therapist’s schedule.

The cancellation, rescheduling and missed-appointment policy that applies to your booking is the one shown on Vagaro when you schedule. We summarize our current policies, including how much notice we ask for, on our Policies page. To change or cancel, use Vagaro or call us at (831) 428-1997.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for emergency medical care, or for medical diagnosis or treatment by a physician or other licensed healthcare provider. Information on this website is general and is not medical advice. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Please tell your therapist about injuries, medical conditions, medications and pregnancy before your session, and follow your doctor’s guidance about massage. Client reviews on this website describe individual experiences; results vary from person to person.

The text, photographs, logo, illustrations and design of this website belong to Integrative Massage & Wellness or are used with permission or under license. You’re welcome to share links to our pages. Please don’t copy, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission. Client reviews are the words of the clients who wrote them on Vagaro.

We work to keep the website running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove parts of it.
